David Blunkett isn't the only Home Secretary accused of fast-tracking documents at the request of a friend.Newsnight's Michael Crick reported that when Michael Howard was Home Sec, he arranged for Petronella Wyatt (Boris' former amour) to have her passport replaced within 24 hours.
